Our Background
ROAR tutoring was developed from knowing personally how frustrating traditional learning does not apply to everyone. The Mission of ROAR is to help each student discover their best practices for learning and help empower them to know their voice, by asking for help when needed and be confident.

What We Provide
MATH/SCIENCE TUTORING
ROAR Tutoring is committed to discovering the best way each student learns and teaches them their individualized coping mechanisms to last a lifetime.
SAT/ACT PREP
ROAR tutoring is well known for helping students prepare for both the SAT and ACT tests. A specific curriculum has been developed over many years that has a success rate of helping students raise their SAT scores by an average of 300-500 points, and ACT scores by 3-7 points.
MENTORING AND ADVOCATING
Services are not just limited to tutoring. ROAR also works side by side with students and parents in situations where an advocate is helpful in a school setting.Â
Mentoring goes along with each tutoring session, but can also be extended to students who need someone to talk to about goal setting, college decision making, and the stressors of life.
SPANISH LESSONS
ROAR also offers Spanish lessons from Pre-K through College level. A second language is a valuable tool to have, and lessons help teach and reinforce knowledge.
